Original documents are not required because it is the translation that is being certified,
not the original document.
When we certify documents, the certification stamp goes on the Translation and the Copy see examples
Please make sure the cop(ies) we receive are legible and the edges of pages not cut off.
- If it's a Photocopy, make it colour and good quality
- If it's a Scan (preferably PDF but not necessary), choose a reasonable resolution (200 ppi). Each
file size must not exceed 2Mb.
- If it's a Fax, that's acceptable as we can get started with the translation as soon as
we receive it, but please send a photocopy by post as well (you will be given instructions
of where to fax and post in Step 4 or your booking)
Normally that's all that is needed when presenting Certified Translations to official
institutions. Some of them may also ask to see the original document(s), in which case
just attach your original document(s) to the Certified Translation(s) sent to you.
